The Cabin Cruiser 1973

I dreamt I was looking for a ship to purchase. The salesperson took me to a huge Gray wooden sailing ship. It was very old and deteriorated. It was not sea worthy. I asked how much it was selling for and was informed $40,000 dollars. I must have registered my displeasure because the agent said,
"Wait let me show you what is in the hold."
We walked below deck and there, in the hold was a beautiful spotless cabin cruiser with mahogany insides, brass rails etc.
"Does this come with the ship, I asked?"
"It's included," he replied.
We subsequently purchased the building at SW 1st and Gibbs for $40,000 dollars. This dream affirmed the purchase. The people within were the cabin cruiser and far more important and beautiful than the building. This became part of my understanding of ministry.
