Hello Silan!

What a blessing!! It is so good to here from you. My church has continued to pray for your safety and your family's salvation. I am glad that you are safe.
My family has it's problems but they are all believers so I am thankful.

America is hard to live in. There is so much freedom that we forget all good things come from Him. The church here is like a spoiled child wanting more and more and not willing to suffer. There is alot of giving of money to ministeries in the thirdworld countries but not enough of working with the poor and needy of our own country. I believe there is so much sorcery here in America that even Christians are deceived. I pray always for the fear of God to be on my family.

My sixth grandchild will be born in the early summer. I truly enjoy being a grandmother. I think of your mother and pray for her that she will become thankful one day to have such a brave and committed daughter.

My son came home for Christmas and I was able to have my husband, my daughters and husbands, my son, and my grandchildren in my home all at one time.

God is telling me one thing above all lately. To look for ways to be thankful. It is the greatest weapon against our enemy. He hates the praises of God's people. Pray for my family, Silan, that they will all hear God's voice and have the courage to obey.

Thank you very much for writing to me. I would love to hear news of your work and your travels. Please write again when you can.

All my love,

Mary
