Hello,
I used to write my friend at this box. She told me her name but I addressed her
as Silan. I have not heard from her in a year. I have continued to pray for her
and would like to have news of her. Is she safe and well?

Dear Mary,
Thank God and thank you so much for your prayer.
I am Ruth, you may still remember me, a friend and co-worker of Silan.
She is far from here (Beijing) in the northwest of China, one of the poorest
places in China.
Hope evreything goes fine with you and your family.

She is well, but the work is getting harder and harder. Some of my co-workers
are now in prison, the persecution here is really serious.
Please pray also for those sisters and brothers that are under great stress.
Now, it is convinient for me to connect to the internet, but I don't know
when I will go to other places. Forgive me that I replied your letter late,
I just found it today in the mail box.
